"/research.php"=>'
you can research one technology at a time.
<br>you can see details of every invention by clicking on the name.
<br>a good start would be the vessel scan, then research the researches that last only a few minutes. if you want to start colonizing, you need the genesis project and the following researches. if you want to pirate around the galaxy, research improved field theories so you can start the deep scan probe after, that will give you tactical details on the target space
',
"/probes.php"=>'
with your probes you can scan other regions of the galaxy. just enter the x/y/z-coordinates into the fields and press "start probes". you should choose coordinates, that are not too far away from your planet, because the probes would need too much time. for the beginning choose a target of about 20 sectors away from your planet<br>
<br>
once an investigation probe reached its target, you can destroy it. the communication links will stay in your com-screen
',
"/com.php"=>'all players, you had contact with, will be listed here. you can send messages to them and store small notices (com-addys) and their coordinates for all players. <br>
<br>
there are three sub categories in the com menu:<br>
<b>players you know:</b> players whose fleets have come within range of you planet are placed here. the coordinates will not be included. <br>
<b>battle-contact:</b> whenever your fleets encounter another fleet, you will find that contact here. <br>
<b>already scanned:</b> when you send probes out, all the active planets and their coordinates are placed here.

',
"/com_center.php"=>'if you are looking for all players/planets within a certain radius, enter the center coordinates and the desired maximum distance to be shown in the comlist here and set the center of the distance display there
',
"/com_search.php"=>'enter a part of the name of a player, you are looking for here.<br><br>Newbie-Helpers that are open for chat and like to help everyone are marked with a star.<br><br>you see the online status online (green) offline (red) next to each player. <br>players, that have abandoned their planet a long time ago are marked gray.
<br>in front of each player name, you see the alliance tag, that shows, which alliance that player is in. the starter alliances have the tags "TF" (Twilight Force) and "IG" (Imperial Guild)<br><br>
if you want to have frequent contact to someone press "add player" to have them constantly in your com-list

',
"/com_planets.php"=>strtolower('
here, you will find two different types of planets. <br>
<b>abandoned planets you know: </b>players who have not signed in to their account for more than 7 days have abandoned their planets. <br>
<b>pre-warp planets:</b> these are planets that do not have warp capable ships, hence the name. <br>
if they are in the central colony cluster, you can colonize them.
they also may have other sorts of ships or technologies to be found there,
so you might want to send a fleet there to check them out.
'),

"/alliance_statistics.php"=>strtolower('here you can see the rankings of all the alliances of the game.
you can also see who the top ten players are and who has control of the black hole.<br>
the top ten players are listed after their theoretical relative score, this is the score they would have if they continue playing with the same score ratio per day until the end of the era.
'),

"/hq.php"=>strtolower('
this is your headquarters. it contains all the information about your planet: your score, the population of your planet and your coordinates (tip: don`t give out your cords to just anybody, make sure you can trust them first.)<br>
you also see the race which you have chosen.<br><br>
if you want to join an alliance, you can set your alliance tag here. in order to join an alliance, you must have the "alliance tag", which is a kind of nickname of the alliance and the password of the alliance.<br>
or you can start a new alliance yourself. <br>
<br>
<b>submenu preferences:</b> there you can set various options for the game, change your password...
'),

"/view_battlereports.php"=>'
after a battle of your fleets, you get a battle report for each fleet.
it contains everything, that went on during the battle.
ships lost, enemy ships destroyed, ect. at first you only see a summary consisting of only yours
and the enemy`s losses and also your score. but you can click on "detailed battlereport" for a more extensive report.
',

"/fleets_top.php"=>'
to move your fleet you first have to build one mothership or one colony star for each fleet.
you have to move it into a fleet together with some other ships. then type the destination coordinates
into the three boxes at the top. <br>
when you reach the target and if there is an enemy fleet, you will automatically fight against it,
but only if your and the enemy fleets have

you will find help in the forum <b>here</b></b></a>',

"/production.php"=>'
here you can build your ships, probes and buildings.
some buildings are already built when you start playing.
the manpower is a percentage of people on your planet that works for your space-industry.
they are either busy with building ships or with controlling them.
so you only get them free, if you recycle ships or loose them in battles.
if you loose ships in a space-battle there are new people employed at your home base,
so then you have the manpower free again.
',

"/ships_on_planets.php"=>'these ships cannot be build by anyone.
they can only be found on these planets.
some of the ships are (good) inventions by other players.
you can see the remaining number of ships on each planet.<br>
click on the name of a ship to see how it works in the manual (there will be a link "view battle details of the ship" as well)',

"/alliance.php"=>'
ask your leader for help or join another alliance. go to the alliance statistics menu and send a message to find an alliance with experienced players. this is the best way to learn how to lead your own alliance. it is not advisory to start a new alliance right away.'
