Reinforcements/de

Reinforcements are like manpower, exept that they are not suited to serve in your fleets. They are only useful for protecting or conquering colonies. you can increse the number of your reinforcements by claiming more colonies. Unlike the number of manpower is the mass of reinforcements not restricted. You are allowed to claim as many colonies as you can and increase your reinforcements this way.
