  • every new player starts in honour mode
  • every player can choose to end his honour mode any time to change into the ruthless mode
  • every player is only able to return to honour mode during the era pause

in honour mode

  • in a battle you only get 50% of the positive score
  • you wont get negative scores...except if you battle against an alliance member, (in this seldom case you would get negative scores)
  • your fleets won't be able to hold a score planet (though you can still help a ruthless alliance member to defend it)
