Pre-Warp planets (PWP) are also called Pre Warp Worlds (PWW's). they are planets with a civilization that is not capable of warp technology. PWP´s are not owned by anyone.
on a PWP you can find several features:
- Colonies
- Wormholes
- with a pioneer ship you can move your shipyard to a PWP
- Ships on Planets
