Were you cloaked when your fleet faced his fleet?You have to de-cloak befor you touch fleets with someone or you will have to wait 24 hours.

I think the kami deals 35 damage to a random ship (or maybe its a class fighter)and destroys 2 of your ships at random..At Least Thats what i thought,never used them befor..
