Depends on what your fighting but just about any class 3 ship with a major reconstructor is good up to 7 class 3 ships maybe cyclopses with a major.Mine deployers with combat reconstructors.Penguins thry different combos out and see how they work for you but the main thing is knowing your enemys fleet and building yours to counter.
