Organisation

the "organisation" level of a colony shows how strong the units are on that colony.

For example on a colony with 50% organisation only half the units would defend the colony in a colony battle.

the organisation can fall if a colony is bombarded by wings of terror and it raises again on its own just by time. the recoverage rises fast at the beginning and slower if it comes near to 100%
