Every player has 3 months time for his race to grow up.
in your Headquarters you can see the current state of evolution of your civilisation. once 100% is reached your whole civilisation will be enslaved by the Dominion of the Travellers, so the game is over for that player (sure you can start over then, also with the same name, if wanted) the best players will be listed in an all-time-highscorelist.
