what if players could set the battle order of their class3 ships (c3 only) and it wont get shuffled by default (only if a ship modifier does it)
would that be fun or not???

some extra panel (not in the fleet screen)
with some drag'n'drop interface, yes.

....and your target c3 is all screwed LOL  there would be no direct c3 counter for this for human or nanite
