yes unfortunately the mass of new players we got from a bit of advertising will probably drop to 50 or so in the next week when inactives get cloaked. I just hope some of those new guys stayed to play. |

Flag stealing and recovery is a real challenge I would assume in ST right now if your comm list looks anything like mine.
It's many, many hours flight time to most of known players from my base and trying to find an opponent through other players is also a challenge.
It is quite feasible to "hide" with a flag if your base location is not known.
How about it NoStars... is the long distances between players affecting flag recovery ? Is XYZ able to hold off invader type attacks and keep info secure ?
From the scoreboard, it certainly looks like XYZ are taking hits but still hold the flag.
XYZ.... are defensive efforts and long distances affecting a sustained offensive defense stragety or are you just "taking it on the chin" hoping to weather the "storm" until 20% is reached ?
Come on guys...give it up... the rest of us want to hear your thoughts |

Oh yeah. the war has been really awesome with fleets incinerated from both sides. A huge flag grab attempt by NoStars was pushed back this morning. We got a bit lucky there, but it was a good battle with 16 fleets involved total.
NoStars are giving us real hell, but we're still holding strong here.
So we'll see who comes up on top in a week or so.
that was a lie. In reality no attempts have been made by NS to recover their flag. It's not a real war. at least not yet. It all depends how successful NS are when they make the assault on our flag carrier. considering who their leader is, i'm expecting a well thought through attack with minimal effort not a demonstration of brute force. They should hurry up though or i will return the flag of boredom. |

Maybe NS is unsure of where the flag holder lives ?
I would not expect NS to reveal that info but you should know Senor ?
How 'bout it...do they have probes monitoring the situation? |

NOTE HOW FAST THE TABLES TURN IN SPACETRACE
@senor: next time use about 20 retraitors and no c1 to counter and defeat that |

it was very hard to find the XYZ FC, that few active players and a tiny com list threw us into a slow motion progression before we were able to give an adequate answer for the stolen flag. |
