face lift for the battle-engine

we did some work on the battle-eingine and its now uploaded.

there are some nice corrections ( mostly in detail) but it leaves room for more ship inventions.

we splitted the reconstruction- and modification-functions of ships.

->only "alive ships" can be modified ( for example with something like the commando-fighter), but you can now imagine of ships that are increasing the armor, without reconstructing them.

also the success-messages in the battlereport are more informative.

there are still a lot of ships to invent...

i know not every research-request will lead to a success, but try to find out which ships are balanced enough, so that the admins could give it to you
