I am new to Space Trace, and stomple about the Crature Lab!
This idea is crazy ! bang head bang head

I love it !!!!
But I have some questions:
1. Is the test phase allready gone? Or could I still join?
2. Is there anywhere a list of allready create creature?
3. Why are not two or three indentical creatuire allowed ?
4. I have a list of abilities with a sroll bar, but can't it. Can I "freeplay" more option?
5. Maybe a bug? Or mybe I understood the lab not correctly? If I delete the boosterlist, and add a new booster, the delete ones will add to the list!

1. This game is open to everyone. Click on your name (or someone elses) in the comlist. Then press ''view planet'' and then ''view planetary system''. Now in the upper right corner go to ''creature lab''. Here you can make creatures.

2. Not sure, but I dont believe so. Although in the biosphere report you can see all animals on that planet.

3. Because then its no longer interesting. You need to make a creature that is different.

4. There used to be more options, but with these you could make an ultimate creature with no downsides, in class 99999999 or something, so these where removed. You cant unlock more options.

5. Its not so much a bug as an annoyance. If you want to remove them, you should remove them with backspace, and then click on send query. This will remove them.

Did I satisfyingly answer your questions?

By the way, if you actually want to create them (you may have figured this out already) you should check the box ''release into universe'' and then click on send query. Do this only when it is finished ofcourse.

Already released the "Snapper" to the universe!
(At Mar 26, 2007 ca 22:00)

I try to release another creation, but get the message:
Only one release per day.

Why?

And one more question:
Is it posible to expand the Lab, that it is possible to add a short description for a creature?

You can release only one creature in 24h.So we dont overcrowd galaxy .

Unfortunately this is still in testing, since admins dont have a lot of free time on their hands, things happen slowly here. But admin has a pritty clear idea what to do with creature lab...well he just need time.

really? A full 24 hours have passed?

Either you are mistaken, or, more likely, it is a bug.

I can release a new creature after 48h!
But the message says 24h!

Please, correct the message or the time counter.

BTW, is it possible to add to the creature lab a countdown, which shows the time to the nexrt possible creation?
