well look at this...

your research center is connected to the local research facilities
the local knowledge database contains details for:
XXXXXXX (I'm hiding this)

if you go to research, you can start new researches there.

Question:
Do I have to leave my fleet there? or I can move it and still have XXXXXX technology available in my research screen?

what was to be done if its like last round, is to have no research being done at the time you take the technology available to you at the tech planet so the research can done.Unless this has change

Well I'm already developing something... and it will take 12 more hour... So can I move my fleet from that sector and still have the XXXXX technology available in my center when the actual research is over... (Yes or No)

if you wanna research a technology that is stored on a planet you gotta do this:

- be sure that you are researching nothing
- fly to that planet
- start that research
- after that you can leave the planet

if you are researching something you won't be able to connect later

The core driver exists, so it's not on a pre-world. To do it, you have to:
1. Be a Nanite, Human, Mycelloid
2. Have researched Gravity

Otherwise you can't, on pre-warps there are new inventions not available via normal research
