WOW :| now this is a change...better use what we got while we can...DavAlan starts a swank / dread search for his nanite evaps... 
On an additional note: IMHO the dread suffers far worse from it's #1, #2, and #3 enemies..the plasma gunship and any holo clones and pirate ships that survive the dread shock wave... than it does from evaps...
