You cant forget Achilles, and a few others..
Achilles- Brute warrior ready to take on anyone.
Imperial- A fast learner and another great player.
Mighty-... (well not really honorable, but anyways) a sly man of intelligence who knows much more than he should. haxxor.

I can just say that there are lots of players in that list that simply do not apply for this. Simply cause there are so many anonymous players ingame that could beat the ones I am talking about. Those include me.
Unless Rubens wants to be nice against me and says I am not. 
And last but not least, how in heavens name could somebody ever come up with Mighty. And KoT I don't even want to discuss cause that is just a joke.

Hey thanks for my "nicknames" :$
Well i may talk about others, like coolbomb whity and the rest of people on rounds and eras but i still have questions.
Do you want the name of recognized players on the game?, on the forum? or in both?(just forum ccan apply to KoT XD)
Also it jsut about respectable player, or players with many points or what?.
I mean how much reduced do you need the names to the cards? 10 people, 5, 100, how many?
Also, how many words by player, a long description or just a few words? |

I just googled up the word 'Honourable" and was given a list of politicians from various countries. Now I don't know about any other countries however the term "Honourable" is a prefix that is used to boister the character of someone who minces words, bends the truth, puts on airs of self importance and overall cannot be fully trusted to lay out the complete and unabashed truth.
I feel that honourable is the complete opposite of the above mentioned "attributes"
Honourable people in ST would be chivilrous such as Achillies.
Honourable people in ST would be honest such as Lilkrnboi & KoT
Honourable people in St would be polite such as Berttone
Honourable people in ST would announce thier intentions such as DavAlan, Spyer, Armedes.
Honourable people are people who you never have to question their integrity and can take their word to the bank without fail.
Honour is not skill on the battlefield but rather the way a warrior conducts themselves in battle...win or lose.
This is by no means a comprehensive list of the honourable people who play ST but merely a very short list of people who jump to mind who display the qualities of intregrity

Being a noob is a temporary position and no one would want a card denoting them as a fresh player when hopefully, they would outgrow the "title"

LOL T20o6...that I guess would be entirely designers peroggative. I just D/L'ed the card set.
I'll assume you are refering to the card game that Spacetrace just released.
I have not looked yet at the cards available but having "rookie" cards affect the battle would be a nice touch ! 
I wonder if Spacetrace considered that aspect of the reality of the game.
Imagine turning up a card that says " You have just been attacked by a Multi Opponent turns up 2 more attack cards. "
One of those attack cards is a rookie fleet "Please Play all HQ invader ships in all fleets " .
