The Battle!!! when player X attacks ur base with his fleet 1, both of u will loose some ships, but not the hole fleet. after battle the battle pause will start for 24 hours. so he has to wait for 24 h to attack ur base again with his fleet 1, and u have to wait to attack his fleet 1 with all ur ships left in base, if u put in every fleet a ship, all youre ships will have a battle pause against his fleet 1.

I think as a good player that you also know how to defeat the it and get points, ofcourse if you can do that you're not a few levels higher straight away.

Greetings. My name in-game is Tekkeron. I have been playing for about 1.5 days (not new to text-based rpg, just ST) and already notice a flagrant disregard for human worth and good sportsmanship in some players. I take the term R(ole) P(laying) G(ame) seriously and have every intent on assuming the "role" of a character and extending its reach as far as possible. I use atypical messages and adapt a style to enhance gameplay. My concern is not how good someone is, but how they play. It ruins the role aspect of the game when my carefully crafted Nanite Empire corresponds with someone named "Super owner your suck" or other names "cleverly" (SARCASM) passing filters with numbers and symbols. I believe we as a community should look more toward enhancing the game-play experience, instead of initiating witch-hunts to satisfy players' need for retrobution towards a non-commital community.
thankyou for taking the time to read and reply to this sincere message

You can agree ANd disagree? lol

anyway, I'll give a very specific example:
My Response to an incoming fleet:

10.09 21:19 to [NAME CENSORED FOR QUALITY PURPOSES]
Subject:Warning
You are entering Collective Space. Deter your fleet immediately. You ahve been warned. Outlog 856739-872

His response:
11.09 00:20 From: [NAME CENSORED FOR QUALITY PURPOSES]
Subject:Re:Warning
what the hell are you talking about.I dont have to tell you what to do with your warning do I.

My rebuttal:

11.09 00:45 to: [NAME CENSORED FOR QUALITY PURPOSES]
Subject:Query
I understand that you may not derive as much pleasure from roleplaying as some members do, and will follow up with a more down to earth (no pun intended) question: It would behoove the Collective to know why you are trapsing so near the planet of Immaculate Drive.

As you can see, it just seems like he could atleast say, please repeat in lamen's terms or something to that point. However, what he did was take a jab at my attempt to enhance gameplay. If you agree, thankyou. If you do not agree, flaming would only further my point. I readily accept any valid and polite refutation with substantiated evidence. Thankyou

~Tekk

OK send me a pm like that and your coords so, I can also take a "jab" at your attempt to dictate gameplay

ROFL...I'd love to comment however ...too far off topic.

I will comment and speculate on where the good players have gone. Perhaps the game no longer holds any challenge or excitement for them so they have just moved on out of boredom. While there are many challenges in the game, winning all the time is no more fun than losing all the time. I can see where sooner or later someone would get bored and leave or quit.

its a bit off topic yeah, but he is a new player ( he says so), and if i read his reply in this topic, i almost would think he is a vet, LOL, LMAO, . He has already send me some Ingame msg, the only thing i need from him are his coords just like Davalan said.

So if any one feels free to send me them ingame, than do it.

So i was going throu old threads on the forum and saw many responses from players who knew how to play this game and understood how game works. Some of you would call them vets.So I asked myself how come noone became "vet" since I joined The Game.Ive currently in my 6t evo so that is over 1.5 years of playing time and in all this time not a single player that i know learned to play this game properly.

So i asked my self:
Cant new players read?
Cant new players at least ask for advice if they are not able to put 1 and 1 toghether?

It is sad that there are maybe 10 people who understand how game works and rest of them is only food for them...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO my post was erased and it was really long...so sorry to everybody:S

ouch...well i dont want to resume either it was too long=( i just can say that a vet is like a pro but with a big time playing and respect at the forum

Simply beating me with superior fire power wouldn't make me play better. It would have been better to simply PM me the appropriate response. Instead it seems so called "vets" throw their weight around.

Tying this to on-topic=

Perhaps the 'good' players got sick of egotism? just a thought.

This game doesnt know the meaning of superoir firepower since all players are equal regardless of rase and their state of evolution and this is what this game makes it great and why there are so few who play it and even fewer who knnows how to play.

Actually, I see it as quite possible to have superior firepower. All he needs is more ships or stronger ships in his fleet. Without superiority in some aspects no one could ever win a battle. Total equality would equal total neutrality.

And IMHO, I am grasping the game quite well for having been out of protection for about 4-5 hours.

Well IYHO then if there would be 2 equal armies one with total moron for general and one with superb strategist you say it would end up in neutrality.Outcome would be even?
This game has no stronger ship,no bad ship,no good ship.Every ship can be bad or good, all deppends on battle situation. And we all have aprox same man power count so he cant bring more ship than you have. All he can bring with himself to give him advantage over you is his bag of tricks to try to outmanouvre you.And you do sameon opposite side.
The Game isnt about more ship, stronger ships The Game is about fleet combos, when to attack, how and with what. Its not game like others you find on the net where you need zilliontonsofsteel to beat someone all you need is your head.

You misunderstand me. As you know, 4 fleets are allowed (base, 1, 2, and 3) Easily someone could attack with more ships, maybe your 2 fleets are away while he attacks with two of his. This would equate to more in that specific battle scenario. also, if you have 500 fighters and he has a mothership and 30 cruisers, you are seriously outmanned. I doubt people always send everyone of their mps to a battle. (they have a base) so yes, battels can be un-even. that's not the problem. I merely stated that someone who had been playing since this age started would most likely have more research put into his fleet, thereofre giving him a tactical edge. That bag of tricks, as you call it. This stemmed from the discussion where numerous veterans sought out my coordinates to most liekely obliterate me. Seeing as this is only a game and I am not a coward, anyone who requests my coords will recieve (this being the first time I've played and the last days of an era and seeing as I would like some battle experience.) I merely ask that you allow me proper time to allocate necessary mp into a defensive fleet to give you your money's worth.
Sincerely, Tekk
