| Probes why cant we stock extra probes,so in time of warfare or emergency you delete one start the next one out.You can only use 3 at a time.That would save 7+ hours waiting time. |

Well mainly because: like ships, probes can also be targeted and taken out. This is done via the probe invaders.
So you cant have a probe stock for the same reason you cant have a ship stock  then no stratiegical advantages could be gained or lost (wihich, is one thing ST is all about) esp if you could replace losses immediately.
Also a probe stocking ability would make the whole purpose of a probe invasion rather pointless. LOL why bother if the probes immediately go back up??? Same for a fast ship replacement, lol....
