Actually we got one of these. AKA the plague ship which btw is also nanite. 
Not really a "crazy idea" noxus just not original.
Besides my fleet crews would mistake this thing for an eye in the sky

your right DavAlan.. i never been nanite or researched the plague ship so i didnt know.. i see the similarities now...
except my invention the created ship cost mp.. which they can lose.. idk..like i said i was bored and the forum was "naked"...
