this probe sends out a disrupting signal of up too 10 scanradius which disrupts that warp of the mothership and starts too slow the mothership down too a speed of 1. if the fleet is just passing nothing will happen

speed: warp 10
researchtime: 3 d

Correct me if im wrong, but it slows down non-moving ships, but ships that are actually moving are not slowed? ***!

It wouldnt do anything, because according to the description, it slows down nonmoving ships, but it doesnt slow down the moving ships.
