you can share already probe data (i think many players don't know):
-> player search -> search for a list of players -> (pasting a list into the box)

yeah but thas not quite what i meant. 
this building gives you the ability to refresh your COM automaticly obtainig results from the probes from your fellow members.
and u can obtain fleet activity form fellow trace or dsp also. 
i find the search list  quite anoying.

i think it is worth thinking about.
at the moment an alliance can share the data anyway by sending messages.
maybe some data can be gathered together in a probe-net |
