battle details:fights
(battle engine syntax: f)
jams 3 ships in the enemy fleet in class 2 and you get back the initiative
(battle engine syntax: jam,enemy,3,2)

Let me know what you think about this ship, I know apollo's rule over Class2 but Class2 needs its own backbone of defence to counter as these days many people use class2 because of there versatility so i look forward to hearing your views on this, and thank you for your time.

Apollos, use ither evaps, penguins kamis they all go nice

No Evans, no evaps. that only works when there are cyclopses/dreads in the same fleet

apollo's are made as the only effective cl2 counter, they are their for a specific reason, don't need nethin else really

I dont see that as four credits wasted, I see that as four credits spent well.

His ideas are sound, and it shows that he is learning some of the game's tactics. He needs to research sporator/multi-emps/destroyers, and he can use his idea to do some damage to class three

Not only that, but his credits did get him some nice advice on how to take on class three, compliments of you guys.

He sounds to me like an intelligent, well spoken player, and we dont need to talk down to him.

s8p4e7c2, contact Guns of August in game if you need any help learning the ins-and-outs of Spacetrace. That goes for any new player, I dont have a student right now, and I am looking for one.

Perhaps I could give you a few chess lessons

I didnt mean to sound cocky or anything... I just think it is important to help out the new guys, especially the ones who put forth an effort. Under 250 players stinks

leave Achilles and don't waiste his time.. he might actully manage to teach a real new player a thing or 2.

ok i d just like to say 2 things,

first is multy emp vessels are 16mp cheaper than this for just 1 less lp.

second the syntax if this ship says that it will am class 2 only so it is useless vs class 3. could be cool if u fight against a small amount of class 1 and u jam some of the class 2 before they fight.

but the bottom line is this is too expensive for what it does.

indeed adding this ship would be useless, use normal cruisers against apollo's or take them out indirectly using missile launchers
