i ask admin and they will not delete them, because they don't wanna spoil their time...

so what can i do??? i cannot be sure or something??

i used xxx for 3 parts cuz i don't want any one hacking them

Well, you may think so Tazz, but I have to say, I would consider any multiple attack on any of our pre warp bases as a cessasion of the agreement.
The decision is entirely up to you. We will keep the agreement or advise you if it cannot be kept. But once it is broke it is broke I think. We have other things to worry about other than bounty hunters, I sincerely hope you will think about this.

so now a perwarp world is a base but as i see it isn't it a planet thats open to all players like the black hole planet is . so what you saying that if somebody places a ship yard at the black hole planet it becomes there base if this was true then why can't they place a research building or a transwarp on it.. Why for its a perwarp world not a fleet base with coords its a planet in the planet list but you want to get mad at me for saying a perwarp world isn't the same as a fleet base witch is owned by the player that started the account but a perwarp world isn't the same thing

yeah it would be Cap as it would be the same at a perwarp world as well ,for one never knowns who my land on it nor can you see in the alliance incoming board if its being attacked by other players can u ?

I am not interested in discussing the merits of pre warp worlds with you.

It is obvious that a world with a shipyard on it, is a colony, no longer pre warp. But this is beside the point.

I am not interested in splitting hairs with you about this subject.

You wish to modify the treaty when it suits you. I say.
Lets just forget about the treaty. If you multi attack any of our bases we will respond in kind. How simple is that!!
