Well here we are. We all know that this feature has been used a lot of time by multis and by inexperimented noobs.
I am not agree with the advertence of precaution about build so many MS cuz they could be used for a doomstar surprise;).
Anyway the suggestion by itself is based in:
While ago, i try put some ships at the quote and i saw that i could put 1000 MS!!!! I mean, that could take me a quarter of the evolution or more!.
So i suggest that you can only put at the quote production a maximium mp.
How much? Your actual mp.
So nobody can put more than 20 MS cuz you would only be able to use 5000 mp.
This is favorauble for noobs, and those multis that makes many MS in 1 acount and then they leave the account :S

I think there should be a limit of 3 MS per account since you only got 3 fleets , more are useless .

@Connor, FALSE, but, what does that mean? that could be another suggestion buti am talking about a limit of mp, can somebody plz say why is he agree or disagree?
@Connor, i havent implemented this surprise flleet yet, cuz i have no time, but once i did something like that.
If you 7 class 4 arounds your planet, wouldnt you attack the fleet with your 1.8k penguins?, maybe somebody would do more than that, so u attack the fleet thinking that you are going to have those daily 2k pts, but when u arrive, surprise! they were 5 coredrives and 1 MS or 6 MS with 1 doomstar:) It has work, so i think the limit of MS is a bad idea. |

@ Rubens: What you say is right, a quote must be so high as you're own mp is. This will be better against multi's. At least we'll make it harder for the multi's to cheat, so good idea.
@ Connor: Making a max of 3 MS is really stupid, there are a lot of players who want to have 2 MS in 1 fleet, so when 1 MS is lost, you still have the other one. That is very good for a player with a large c2 and very small c3. After 2 battles they lost their MS, thats shitty, but with 2 MS you still have 1 left, so you can still fly back, that is handy. So do not make a limit on MS.
As Rubens already said you can fool people with a lot of c4, thats funny and handy, another point why there must not be a limit on MS. _________________ It's a bird, it's a plane......NO!!! It's KIRBY!!

but I would score plus points in both battles
example 1 ) 5* 80 = 400 +_ 320 = 720 plus
example 2 ) only need lets say 1750 peng will score of the doom somthing like 550+ (2300 - 1750) but could score more if my pengs first attacks a Ms

Well, rubens you talking here about trap for noobs. Average player will check it with mothership first. So all in all you will wait for noob several weeks or you will end up negative if someone normal will fly around.
Or maybe I overestimate average player

Oh yes u are, there is a lot of noobs over there. u can also have 2 fleets so u can switch the MS.
@Connor i looked it again and u have less penguins, in other words i just tried to say u that i have a dsp over ur base and i will attack u! LOL, i am really thinking about it, u have the same fleet that i use;)
EXAMPLE<--- That was an example but anyway) What about 15 coredrivers 1 time slipper a doomstar and a pirate flagship, i think this is a real surprise fleet. Anyway as SOAT said you need to find noobs, but believe there are a lot.
@both of you, that's not the point, the point is that I (IN MY OPINION) think that we dont nned a limit of MS
And that there would be kind of a limit if you can use just ur own mp in the production quote.
So i can talk more about surprise fleets but plz stick to the topic |

I meant should the doomstar be attacked before it blows , or does it attack a peng so a max of 7 pengs attack in your example fleet .
BTW I like the idee , so you can't put to much ships in waiting list .

A single fighter would set off a doomstar. Even a lowly mosquito would cause it to function.
The Doomstar sets itself off upon its attack. Its function is not reactionary.
If you want to gain maximum points, use nanoviruses, that way you dont have to waste even 1 mp on the sucker. |

I would like to add that I would not like a limit on motherships.
For one, sometimes I build a fourth one, and I sacrifice one of my motherships in battle, so I can start a new fleet immediately towards the battlezone.
For two, sometimes you may need to pay the Mercs a few motherships at a time. Not everyone has self destruct ships researched early on for their lump sum payment.
Of course, I like to go on a payment plan, one mothership a week, interest free, no annual fee.
You do need a pretty good credit rating to get the Space Merc Galactic Express Card, though. |
