i think its a great idea.. cuz right now i'm in a location that the closest planet is 8 hours away compare to my previous planet of 2hours away... i want to choose a new position because i want to be where pplz are active so this game is more fun ... cuz if u keep attackin pplz and they don't attack bak and wat the point of this game?? |

I would looove it
But you must have a sector limit.
Maybe not to close to the scoreplanets.
And maybe between the 800/800/80 and the 600/600/60 _________________

a bit of a cheat isnt it
For example Mr X has a alliance
Mr Xs alliance is intrested in taking over the blackhole
so Mr X tells his alliance too respawn and be the coordinates right next too the blackhole eg 500/500/49 or something
we need too make sure that this system is not abused
hows about we have a think of it for a while non of the good players will be on too September anyway so its pretty quite |

....Scenerio #2....someone sets up multi's (or even non-multi new players he introduces to st) all around someone he does not like and proceeds to rat-pack... |

I think that this is a brilliant idea, but as has been suggested before there must be some restrictions.
Such as:
1. No planet may be under 10 sectors away from the black hole.
2. All planets must spawn within 400/400/40 and 600/600/60
3. Players should have a choice. They can either start off at a point that they choose, or else they can randomly spawnlike the system now. _________________ Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius.

Scenerio #3: an alliance respawns all members on OPPOSSING sides of the black hole, chrono, grav....the alliance then has the ability to "hyper-drop" on the locations relentlessly....using it's new "MTWG's".... |

I don't know about choosing where your planet is created. You don't get to choose where you're born, do you? I think the realism of the game would take a hit if this was instituted. You would get clusters of alliances, and god forbid you're a player without an alliance next to that cluster. You'd end up being the victem of Sunday Pillage Fests... |

DavAlan got it. The mTWG would be used to alliance wars only...
and the alliance clusters i wouldnt like as well...
I think the curent random selection is the best possible method.

I agree that the idea can be fun, but the way it goes now is much more fair. This new option is way to easy for cheaters.
Like DavAlan said Rat-packing can take place very often, that reduces the fun of the game.
Let it all be fair and respawn randomly _________________ It's a bird, it's a plane......NO!!! It's KIRBY!!

id say dat we shouldnt do this because then everyone would cluster and put people all around da score planets and use them for their TWG's _________________ PWNAGE!

To be honest the Pioneer Ship i think is a bit shitty... Because you move your ship-yard etc... To designated prewarp world. Then you have to return to your planet to recylce it! _________________ APEmpire |

noone complained - it was just an idea i had and i wanted to see the pros and cons.
i think the cons outbalance the pros. so there will be no change |

Admin, I think that Admins and players alike should start focussing on an idea for pre-warp planets instead of where you start off in the game.
When last I posted a topic about pre-warpplanetsthere was a huge response, and I knowthat 95% of spacetrace would like to see something interesting happen with them.
And before someone says something, NO MANPOWER
The last time, I beleive that you said you were working on an idea for the pre-warp planets?
Regards,
Methi. _________________ Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius.

A half of me wants something in the pre-warps and te other half dosnt want, but all my fucking body is asking for rounds, never mind what happens to the pre-wap. Let the game be easier, like it was before! |
