The Time Lords are recruiting loyal and good players here are the needs.
1. A good score (above 0).
2. Active a lot.
3. Could come into irc and post in the forum if requested.
4. Be loyal too me, Methi and the PENTICIAN.
5. Be able too look at danger and laugh in its face.
6. Be capable of launching attacks on our enemies.
7. Not be on the dark side.
8. If possible have been too my old alliance Hells Angels In Vietnam
If anyone is intrested either PM me message me ingame zafod president of the galaxy, post a reply here or look for a blue police box and knock on the door and ask for The Doctor.

Stop joining for your own safety, since WoC just easily crushed Time Lords.
Just a thought, but anybody that really want to join should join for their own peril.
