Damn, dont lock it while I still want to post plz.

I can explain:

1 I didnt accuse Base, i asked for explanation, and the first he gave me, didnt satisfie me. My second post was a bit wrong.

2 It is very easy to say it is a bug. I know i cant proof it is anything else, but I have been playing for 5 months, and in that time I have attacked masses of people, and to be completely true, it only occured once ( when attacking Base one time ).

3 Dark rider told me that this happened to him much times ( with Base, DB and others). He didnt trust the game, so he left. He was quite upset. I know him personally, and i know he isnt upset that quickly.

4 I admit it CAN be a bug. But if this does happen more often, i just have my thaughts about that ok?

5 To Shade, i know u are 24/7 online, so are Base and Turiana. But Dark rider did tell me Base wasnt just online 24/7, but he was ACTIVE 24/7. And that's something else.

6 To Admin, are u sure this programming thing aint possible in any way?

7 I am just telling what Dark rider told me, he allready left, but i want to make up my mind before deciding if I will not or will continue with this game.

Thats all, for now. Maybe I'll believe u for now, but this little sense i got that there's something wrong, it wont dissapear.

The odds that you know Dark Rider personally are quite small, certainly when you never met him. Kowing him via a instant messenger program isn't personal Elder.

And indeed, you may have your suspicions, but if you don't have any proof, please keep them for yourself, that's better for the whole game. Come only with accusations if you really got the proof

@admin, actully i did lose points becuse of this bug. i had a window of 2 minutes before my fleet would arrive and the enemy fleet would get back to his base, his fleet was stronger than mine and i was planning to attack his base and pull back before his fleet showed up. but becuse of the bug my fleet needed an extra 4 minutes to get to his base and so i had to pull back without attacking.... by doing so, it costed me points (500 to be exact)

so even if the real attack happen at the real time, it is possible to lose points becuse untill your fleet goes there you will not have an attack, score or battle report

BTW: why locking the topic? people might like to talk about it some more...

And not because he was in TO he got some kind of privileges to be protected (to clear some incoming accusations to my side) but if someone else would be accused like that, that would happen too. If you want to talk about the bug, you can do it here. But no further names please

And Moderator, every one in this game accuses eachother... its very hard to come up with strong proof alone, you accuse someone and hope others will have proofs to help you prove your accusations... in Elder's case, he was wrong... but there is no reson not to accuse someone if you feel like they should be...

As for the being online all day. please kid...

When i am actively playing Spacetrace you will also notice that i am seen as online 24/7.
Now i say "seen as" becuase that is all it simply is.
If you log into Spacetrace and leave the browser window open and your computer running, then you will remain online ingame.
Even though ST logs you out automaticlly after 15 minutes or so of inactivity, if the browser window is open and on the ST site you will still be seen as online.
This sure is no cheat....

And I still havent accused him. I am just asking for explanation. And just saying he is experienced and I suck doesnt seem to be an explanation to me.

Hey, respected players could be accused as well,
I was a very respected player... i was accused, rightly i might add
Spyder was a respected player.. he was accused

people will get accused, and they should defend themselfs... and by locking the topic you just taking all the democracy out of this game... in other words you are saying who can and who can not be accused

in bases case, people were defending him. including me.. i do not belive he was cheating (at least not in the way that he was accused)

Moderator, please do not abuse your influance to protect your Friends (TO or otherwise) if you wish to protect them, discuss your view with your normal fourm account instead of locking the account so people can't say what they think (in his case he doesn't even need protection)

Indeed this is Stupid.
And Admin, I was just thinking there about the curse filter on the forum.
And i must agree that it should block swear-words.
But to be honest. I think almost every player on this game is over 12.
And if you have ever seen 12 films, certain curses are allowed shi-t
and ass. a-hole.
So i think that at least some words should be allowed, and levae the responsibility to us.
Or perhaps make it legal, just as long as the swear words are not directed at anyone.
As for the topic being locked.
I find this absolutely outrageous. It is a Total Brecch of our right to a voice. Fair enough, if people were breaking the rules of the forum, (really bad cursing) or whatever, lock it up np.
But the locked topic not only stopped others from giving their opinion, but it also stopped people from Defending base.
And Moderator, If you are one Person, then i ask Admin to appoint a few others to share that account. Because in the words of the moderator himself. He locked the topic because h felt an honest player was being accused.
And telll me moderator, if a player such as Wile Coyote, an obvious multi (and yet innocent @tm) If you really think he is guilty already methi you should not be on the Jurywould you close the topic now? I think not.
If it was someone who abused you and you despised, would you close the topic i think not!
That is why Admin that moderator account should becme a sort of Council.

Methi, I didn't close the topic to avoid further complaining to my side admin did that. You can talk about that topic as much as you want in here, but no accusations and no swearing. I thought i made that clear good enough. I am not the only moderator on this forum, there are many more. Does that mean that every moderator needs to share his account? Every account is unique, just as an ingame account. And if I say I think, then it automaticly means that everybody in the crew thinks about it that way. Admin agreed with me in that topic. I False accusations are not allowed, period.
And i don't let my own feeling guide me in here, I do this for the best of the game, not for my own sake. I just do what i have to do. My own feelings have nothing to do with that and they will never interfere in my job as moderator, then i will just use my normal account if i want to express my feelings
And God, we all know that there are people being accused of a lot of things. But if the one who accuses got no evidence about it, let him keep that for himself or only share it ingame with his fellow-alliance members or something.

I can tell you that this forum is really fucked up now.
We are not allowed curse or anything. And Admin, why are we not allowed curse? Becasue we are suposed to be civilised?
Well the word civilised is evolving. And if you watch TV you will notice that more nad more curses are becoming acceptable, in fact the only word not allowed any more is C U N T. (And rightly so)
But Admin! I think ou should destroy this swear filter as it is a load of rubbish. Just make it against the rules to direst the curses @ anyone.
