I have a question for u base, why is it that when some people attack u, when the timer reaches zero, it goes back to attacking in 4 min. And later some ships dissapear to 1 coord away, and some ships dont work? It aint a bug, cause it happens more then once.

Plz explain, cause due to these problems a good player has decided to quite this game

I am amused by ur noob questions , but let me explain to u why this "good" player left the game besides that he is a bad looser and we don't need people like that in spacetrace. But now to ur questions, the time difference that might occure is either that both parties refresh to quickly or as it happens with IE sometimes, it just jumps back, its an old story, i am sure u will find plenty of it on the forum. Then u say, later some ships disapear, intercepting a fleet and then getting out of there within seconds is a tactic. If dark rider wouldn't of switched ships that already had a battle with my fleet 1, he would of lost even more, i can only say, think first before u blame the game and believe that all is buggy, this game has many tricks. the time is bug and the rest was him switching ships, by the way, i gained 100 points on him, isn't amazing? a bad looser is what he is, and i say we don't need bad loosers.

FU!

Only 100 points is that all u can do?

If u wouldnt have friggin cheated he would have owned your ass!

And that arrogant talk of not needing losers thats the biggest shit i've ever heard of. U suck! U are a loser. We dont need u!
He is good, he could have beated u with ease ass!

And how do you explain ships just suddenly being one lightyear away? I've never heard of this warp 10 million.

And this fucking time bug, i didnt say it is a bug. I say it happens to much to be a bug, so thats shit talk. And IE isnt slow at all! I call it cheating to get more time for your other cheating things like moving away and doing other stuff.

And being online the whole day, u really want to say that u dont sleep, work or whatever? I am sure that if I would send a fleet or do something else, your account always has activity. So there are three ( actually just 2) options:

1 U are friggin mad and are just ALWAYS online. If that is true, I owe u an apology, but guess what, u aren't bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head

2 U share your account with other people, which is prohibited, so we should ban your ass!

3 U use some sort of program which manage your account while u arent online, it aint a person, so it aint illegal. But it is f*cking low and dishonourable bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head

Wow Elder do stop embaressing yourself..

You're rediculous comments just show how inexperienced you are.

These things are all very common,
I often, to often, experience the time set backs and coord flipping when attacking other planets. As base said it's sometimes that one of the users refreshes to fast, and sometimes some wacky bug occurs and it keeps flicking back for no reason, relogging in to ST normal helps.
I even experienced once that as the counter hit 0 on an attack my coords were reset to coords 5 or 6 coords away...
Perhaps the admins can explain why this happens, but it sure is no fault of any player.

And base is many things, but arrogant he is not. He speaks of experience and simple facts, I beleive he has more than prooven that he is no loser, he has achieved more success and respect in Spacetrace than you or your great Darkrider could possibly hope too.

As for the being online all day. please kid...

When i am actively playing Spacetrace you will also notice that i am seen as online 24/7.
Now i say "seen as" becuase that is all it simply is.
If you log into Spacetrace and leave the browser window open and your computer running, then you will remain online ingame.
Even though ST logs you out automaticlly after 15 minutes or so of inactivity, if the browser window is open and on the ST site you will still be seen as online.
This sure is no cheat....

I hope you can learn from this, and not come back here making a fool out of yourself like this again.

Peace,

Shade

WHAT is this shit, base DOES NOT CHEAT. i would stake my account on that fact.
how could base change the game, you are just trying to smear one of the greatest players name with shit, it couldn't ever have a name like his. next time you try to accuse someone rember this isn't cs1.6, you CANNOT speedhack in spacetrace. now fuck off you little shit

elder, thats a bug... you get more response having this fourm in bug topic and talking about the bug instead of base cheating (and even if you want to talk about base cheating, it goes under general discusion not off topic.)

that bug has costed me points before also, but i assure you it was not base's fualt.

I was at Gravedigga's base when he attacked and I decided to wait for him.

I think he had a probe on base, so he kew the risk to attack 2 players.

A reason for the time bugs can be rounding errors when you have a long travel time, too. His fleets were 2 coords away, he used motherships --> 1 hour.
But he had 17 minutes between his attacks...

I refreshed the fleet screen when he attacked, everything seemed to be normal to me (the standards few seconds bug occured), but not 17 MINUTES.

I think it was just a bad attack, Elder thats bollocks, you know that (and your base is rebuilding...)

Ok... this has been enough again.
Cheating in that form is just simple not possible, if that kind of manipulation could happen, everybody would already know it from the first day it came out and somebody would have said something about it. This kinds of things you are talking about are ordinairy bugs Elder. They appear in browsers like IE, but in Mozilla they just appear more. Browse the forum.... I'll ask the admin's to send a msg in here too to explain it, why it happens etc....

And Elder and coming in here and accusing someone in the forum isn't the way to deal with the loss of a ST-player.

Then those "points" you are talking about: Gravedigga isn't always online, he sleeps just as we do. As long as i have my screen open in spacetrace, i am online too. My pc runs 24/7, it's downloading, logging, uploading, all that kind of stuff. Then i will stay online ingame. I checked that once. I just put my fleetscreen on and I sent my fleet to a coord that was 10 hours flying, then you see the minutes reduce, that means that you are still connected to the game so you still appear online. And for the rest: if you don't got any proof for both of those other "points" don't speak about it please. This forum is for fun, information, inventions, suggestions and (indeed, but only when you got enough proof) accusations.

And then the last thing I would like to say, 2 actually. The last time there are a lot of things provoked in here and a LOT of swearwords. We have a swear-filter, but that doesn't cover all words and shortcuts. Please stop doing that or i will edit or delete all those messages myself. I became Forum Moderator for remaining the peace and good behaviour in here and from this time on, I will do so.

Yours Sincerely,
Moderator

please listen to Moderators voice.

the "bug" is just of cosmetic nature: the time is calcculated by javascript and when the window reloads some browsers don`t show the new page but the same page like the time you opened it before, so the time starts counting down again.
this is not the real time - in fact all battle calculations are calculated correctly at the correct times and you cannot loose points (like MightyGod insists).
just go to another window like HQ or so and go back into the fleets screen, then you see: the fleets arrived

@Elder: if you are accusing someone to be a multi, please report this in the multi-forum and state your reasons. don`t accuse innocent players, just cause you are in a bad mood. ok?
