Someone is using my name

i never used dutchbatter as inlog name. I always use "rick".
But the strange thing than, if i come online on irc, the name of this player change in irc. I never saw this happend before.

I understand you can not change it now because it is all over in the database. That is to much work. But when this account ends or something, can i reservate this name and 2 others what is my name? And admin, if this account is not active, can you delete it? Till now it has no BR's in the history and the player is not active. Yes it has now a offline time of 8h, because i was online 8h ago on irc. But in these 2 or 3 days he didn't came online. So not a active player.

Looks like this player want to use a well known name of ST. I already send this player mssgs, he didn't respond yet, probally because he not comes online. So probally this guy is doing this to irritating other players.

So it would be fine as soon this account will be deleted, i can reservate the name and 2 others.
