No, of course not? You miss the whole point of respawning! If you keep the tech, you don't respawn, you just move somewhere else.

| I have to agree with Weylyn, you miss th whole point, definately a NO, cause you respawn because you have to start all over again than, a whole new thing, empty researched-screen, 0 points and another location. |
