Hands up here, who goes after 'IT' ?
I know i dont. There is no reward.
Points- (and a little nudge from Gorth) is what inspired this idea.
The Nebuala and The Pulsar offer 600 points everyday.
If you are playing in an alliance of about 5 this is roughly only 100 points a day for you.
We all know that 100 points is nothing.
(I think of a cold bowl of soup for some reason) Anyway, the black hole.
1000 points everyday. If you are a player on his own, this (lol) is still not signifigant.
This game needs something! Something amazing!
Something big! The most prized posession in the galaxy (apart from the TO flag )
Gorth was telling me on IRC about the old rumors regarding the dominion of the travellers.
The deal was, if you fought the dominion in the middle of space then you would get 10000 points.
Now lol, even i know that is a bit too much.
But i was thinking more along the lines of 4500 points if you fight the dominion in the middle of space.
Now first of all, think about how hard this is. It does not count if you fight them at a planet only on a loose coords in da middle of Space.
The dominion travels at warp 99 so ou aint gonna catch him. Not without a lot of difficulty.
So consider this. And actually, consider making the points a bit higher coz you cannot beleive how hard it is to cath him.
And when he is done with your fleet you loose a hell of a lot of points so you gotta make up for it.
I know that this is long.
But man i speak my mind.
Dont worry i'll post after this, a summary of this idea.
So the anti-long-post people myself will not be at a disadvantage.
Anyway tell me what you think.

As promised, a summary of Chapter one :
(1) A traveller fleet, of some sort will travel around space at lloose coordinates where there are no planets.
(2) This ship will remain still for about 12 hrs
(3) This ship will travel at between warp 30-warp 99
(4)If you battle this fleet (And trust me it will be hard to find) you will gain between 4,000 or 10,000 points.
(5) The points will be given to you, and will not be shared throughout your alliance.
(6) I consider this a public idea, and will gladly accept any recommendations (uness its more bullshit from Brutus
Well theres the summary go ahead and post.
And lol, dont say im looking for easy points. Because this sure is hell aint easy.

It looks nice, but do u know how small the chance is to find him at the right coords?
It aint all about points. U can get funny huntscores in this game and make points with black hole( they should give more points for these planets though).
Just my opinion.
Methi, i think u came up with a great idea, but it is a bit to idealistic maybe. |

LoL i just realised an error.
When i mean away from planets i am not talking about heavy shit like 700/700/70
I am talking about somewhere say, between 400's and 600's lol we cant make it THAT hard.
Besides theres a chance he might land close to the black hole or something and you might spot him with a dsp.
ect. ect.

OK, just say he should have a limit of where he can go lol. then we can start THE GREAT HUNT AND SEARCH FOR HIM.
All together we are with enough to find him someday. But it is a quite good idea |
