This ship is interesting indeed, we seem to be getting some better researches lately 
It's a bit low on mp for it's shielding maybe, but then i am not sure

I would say do one of these things
(1) Increase mp
(2) Decrease LP

Well Methi, the flamingo has 500 shielding and only 100 mp, since this ship has very low firepower and creates only 75 fighters the mp could be right, maybe add a selfdestruct after it releases the fighters (the extra mp will be free after this offcourse)
