creates 10 hi-jackers in your own fleet in class 1
(battle engine syntax: create,self,10,1,hi-jackers)

I see, the hi-jackers is not described here, but i invent them.

The hi-jackers works the same as fleet troopers.

But this time they will not send the fleets back to the planet, but they will send the fleets to coords. The one who use the hi-jackers, can send the fleets (after a succeed ground battle) to coords what he wants.

For example:

At one base there are many fleets of your alliance, you can send the fleets of your enemy to that planet too. So, the fleets of your enemy has to fight on those coords.

I dont like it too much control.I think it needs to be changed a bit make it more balenced you could just fly around you and a few alliance members and each have 3 fleets and just make a entire alliances ships fly where ever you want.Too powerful needs some kind of draw back as I see it now it has none.

Well, here's a possible drawback - instead of giving full control over the fleet, just send it to the planet-owner of the hi-jackers (it's the most reasonable behaviour )
