beer ship (class 3 ship)

tribute to all beer-topics...

this ship has its own brewery and its ramdom whether its crew is drunk or not. if the crew is drunk, they berserk, fight harder and against everything, but dont care about defending. if not, its just a normal cruiser.

game effects:
drunk: 1000ap/50lp
shoot either against a c3 or a c4 target in the c3 vs c3 battle, if no c3 of the enemy is left, it will hit c4.
if a c4 target is hit by this ship, it destroys 1 additional ship in c3 your own fleet and itself.

being drunk rate: 50%.


you can choose the sort of beer :wink:


attack/life: 100/100
manpower: 70

researchtime: 2 d
buildingtime: 12 h


human-technology
needed research:
fanatic warfare

Nice concept! I like it. Only problem is that it is disproportionatly good against dreadnaughts, buildings and class 4. I know this claus makes it a little less good against class 4:

but that doesn't quite seem the right way to go about it. The mp should be a little higher perhaps? Or maybe it is just a bit too unbalanced I'm not sure. Somethings not quite right with it though.

The other thing I don't like is the element of unpredictablilty. You shouldn't have to rely so much on the crew being drunk for the effect you want. It makes using it all luck and no real skill I think.

Mmmph... LoL ADD IT!!!!!!!

@mdellis - that way it's somewhat realistic. The fact that the crew is drunk or not HAS major effect on a battle. You have to agree, that a drunk nuclear sub's crew is far more dangerous and can cause a lot more damage than a sober one for instance

BTW for fear of stranding fleets, the damage done could be anywhere from 500 to 999

And, it should recycle all other ships like it in your fleet - once the crew gets drunk, the other crews flock to the ship to get some That way it's balanced

I know it is a joke ship, but it is prety blanced. If you really want it added you need to spike up the cost

or mybe it shold crash into the other fleet when the crew get drunk

Lol, this ship is actually alright. I think it should be added!
The only thing is though how about lowering the drunk affect to like 25% or something like that.
Otherwise i want it!
