The united federation of planets and her allies hereby declare war upon the ministry of darkness on the grounds tha we lay claim to their flag.
Here are our demands,
A member of the United federation of planets will be made the CoW of the ministry and will monitor all their members fleets.
All of thir members will be limited to fleets that have:
500 class one
20 class two
10 class 3
and 1 class four (with the exception of doomstars)
Also the ministry will be limited to a maximum of five members includin the appointed commmander of war.
Failure to agree to these terms will result in the start of the war.
A breach of these terms will resut in the continuation of the war.
