shielded penquin (class 1 ship)

instead of the penquin, it has less fire power but more shields.

This ship seems ok, it would go good with a mix of penquins, the battle details dont seem set up right though...

seems like an alrite idea. prob is it doesnt fit in wiv the character of the ship. the peguin is supposed 2 b a hit and run ship. very powerful but weak, and recycles after 1 battle. it seems to b odd to perform hit and run attacks with such a cumbersome, heavily shielded ship. i think that this ship is only being suggested in order to compensate for the fair and intentional weakness in the orginal penguin.

yeah, that istrue, this ship is too powerfull, mdellis is right, too much right, i only can add an example

vs standard ships
10 penguins vs 10 fighters
score -1 or +1
vs standard ships
10 of this vs 10 fighters
score:+8
this hsip is too powerfull only is balanced if it fight vs penguins... but remember all the new ships are based in the standard.
Anyway this ship can not be accpted

The only reason for the penguine is a quick fire power. No point in using Shielded Penguine, I rather go for Bulk Fighter.

Bulk fighters suck.
1bulk fighter vs 4 fighters
The fighters would get +2 points
I have not yet found a good stradegy with the bulk fighters.
