Because this shit is not balanced.
You can reconstruct 10 ships for 10 manpower
A c3 cost about 60 mp.
We don't like it and if we like it, the admin will never put this ingame.
Invent good, missing and balanced ships, thanthere is a chance it will come ingame. If you keep inventing like this, you always get to hear NO!
