This would once again shift the ballance to major class three fleets. But this time up to the point that you can't defend against those fleets with class 1 or 2.
So it is no longer an option to do this research, but a must if you want to survive.
So I don't think this is a good Idea |

Not possible?! Bite me, I'd lose everything, but still gain points. But indeed, not a good idea. This might even beneft class-2, makeing class-1 seriously underpowered. That is a bad thing (to me).
