| Another one that would upset the racial balance. I am e-ray and this seems a bit much...esp. the speed of the thing considering the high speed e-rays already have. |

Except for its warp and needed tech I like it. It's a bit like a penguin, except it doesn't recycle, it's e-ray and it's class3  . This one is more powerful but also much more vulnerable. |

This one sucks too... Let's not forget that. Imagine sending a few of these against a base, you'd never be able to return to defend in time.

Like said, change the warp, even lose it, and change the needed tech. It loses against class 1 and 2 (imagine a hammer). And even in class 3, a shockwave-cruiser, a cluster-cruiser or best of all, a dread, can do alot of damage to a fleet like this. But just lose the warp-part. You might even let them recycle.
