Okay, fair enough. The only problem is a near complete lack of ships with over 120 mp. This is a class-4 killer, but against nearly all lower classes it is helpless.
(Hehe, more cannon fodder. Long live class-1  )

If it attacks the ship with more than 120mp, than its totally unfair. Also, the 50 ap is way too much. It has more ap than 2 destroyers
