This program is an the new and improved Windows version of this one: http://forum.spacetrace.com/viewtopic.php?topic=2054&forum=12&12
I made it because a lot of people don't like working with commandline programs.
Except for the searching you can do the same as with the old progrm. PLUS It has in total 4 major updates:
- It is a Windows program, so it will be a lot easier to work with
- It can also get coords from the players-you-know section of the Communication file and
- Now you can have a text-file containing a copy and paste (ctrl+c, ctrl+v) com file as input
- It can make a Overview which provides you a nice overview (alphabetical sorted, for each letter a section) where you can easily search for coords
For more information see
http://www.gaddim.nl/stcrd
This is the current download link:
http://www.gaddim.nl/stcrd/stcrd104.exe
(A self-extracting executable)
If you want to use the crd files generated from the old STCrd you should add these 2 lines in the begin of the textfile:
Thanks to Gorthmog and Metody for helping testing the program.

Yes, Thanks Jam I finally got it working.
I think one problem with the file, was it assumes u use Spacetrace as your directory, even after u have told it otherwise.
After I changed my directory it worked for me, before I kept getting funny results. |

I did a cut and paste of my alliance window, and used it as a comlist input and made a fleets top js of my alliance that way, it was easy.
Thanks again. |

STCrd 2.0.0
Most people (including me) don't like a huge listbox where you must search for a name. But they do want all the coords.
So I thought up off a textbox where you can enter a search string and so only the results will be in the textbox.
See for more http://www.gaddim.nl/stcrd and try out yourself.
Download link:
http://www.gaddim.nl/stcrd/stcrd200.exe
It does not work the same as the previous programs hence the major version increment.

I have to say, I reverted to using the old version, as I found having a large fleetstop file did not suit me.
But I use the alliance co ords as the com file, and, that gives me all I require.
Its a neat program though, good work jam. |

STCrd 2.0.2 (2.0.1)
Due a bug: http://forum.spacetrace.com/viewtopic.php?topic=2842&forum=16&13
I don't know if the STCrd prior to 2.0.1 will work as it should.
But 2.0.1 have a lay-out problem by an incorrect understanding of the changes being made by the admin. Prior to 2.0.1 have that also. So that is why 2.0.2 is out. (And it seems that the author thought BlackHole was at 500/500/500 )
And for those who use it as alliance coords drop box, in the stcrd.js you see at line 3,4:
Code: |
// Config
var min_search = 40;
|
That number will be used to determine if you use a search box (new style) or an "all in 1 drop down list" (old style). Equal or lower than that number is old style, higher is new style.
