I doubt the use of it. There is hardly an efefctive defence against interceptors, as it would still be a tie. A better defence is simply 1 fighter, and a spectre or something.

Its a good idea, but i would like it if it had the same usage as a hammer, you can only create one to let it stay in your fleets. All others will be destroyed.
