beyond control (class 4 ship)
this ship is full of engineers and physicians to get into the enemy alliance´s transwarp network. if you´re in the orbit of the enemy´s planet they´ll start to hack into the matrix of the transwarp immediately (there must be a local twg left).
they need 6 hours to get into it and are able to hold the connection to it from any distance up to 10 hours!
this is for the whole alliance on both sides! you can use the full functionality of the enemies alliance with your whole alliance!
attack/life: 0/1000

Ooh, this I like
It would make many wars more interesting because it would force a more rugged defence and open up new options for attack.

No, its just one way... It doesnt make sense in both directions, does it?
There could be a smaller clone of this ship for single hyperjumps as well...
maybe C3, 0/200 AP/LP, 300 MP or something... |

I think this will add a whole new dimension to waging war... Correct me if I'm wrong ( you prolly will 'cause I'm new to ST ).. but I reckon this would be sort of a back entrance to the rest of an alliance.
This could be devastating if done properly, so you might want to discuss for how long the connection to the TW network will be intact.
Either shorter to prevent the best of alliances from causing to much damage to newbies.
Or longer, when both alliances are equally good. This way a war will be fought at a much faster pace... Would be fun for the more active players.
PS Please tell me if I don't make any sense

You are right tiemen.
For some it can be hard and others it would be very nice.

Cheers mate!
So I guess the next topic on our agenda is specifying the ammount of time the connection will be intact...
IF it is possible, the following solution sounds best to me: To have some sort of script calculating and comparing the strength of both alliances... Just the number of ships, or the ammount of MP invested in them. (Possibly add a multiplier in case of ships like a doomstar)
The less difference there is between both alliances, the longer the connection will remain intact. I was thinking about TIME(in hours) = 12 - (Diff MP x 10^-3)
Example: TIME = 12 - (entire fleet/ one player of 5000 MP x 10^-3) = 7 hours
IF this will work, it will make the fights a bit more fair. If it doesn't I'll leave it up to people who know what they're talking about, to determine the timespan

I am definitely for the Beyond Control, especially scary with the idea that your own TWG will be use against you.
