So that grapf conlude it:
- Species raised suddenly from 1.3 to 3.3 problably becose of large recruiting.
- Nazgul fall suddenly from 5.3 to 7.3 becose of large recruiting. (declaration was 7.3)
- Points Nazgul lost form 7.3-9.3 if tooken by Privaters & Species, they (you) took only half maximum. But u didn't so much couse we had more recruiting 
- in fact from 9.3 bigest loosers on graph are species 
so I don't get ur point ?!? 
And this is not about points, not any more. Isn't that right?
