when it is this ships turn to fight it heads directly for an enemy ship and latches onto it. then detonates destroying itself and causing 10 damage points to the enemy ship.

battle details:fights
(battle engine syntax: f)
modifies AP/LP by 0/-10 of 1 ship of any ship-type in the enemy fleet in the same class
battlemessage: "latcher grabbed onto ... ships"
(battle engine syntax: mod,enemy,1,this,all,+,0,-10,latcher grabbed onto)

the battle syntax does not match the description. the self destruct command is not in there. so right now it just takes 10 lp from a ship. |

u cant use it against standard destroyers, cruisers, even the base!!
what am i missing?!??

I think the ship is an excellent idea, but need a little bit modification. To justify for the extra 7 mp, the ship after explosion should have a splash damage that damage 7 other ship in class 3, 2 or 1 by 1 damage. The splash damage from class 3, 2 and 1 only sum up to 7 damage. The distribution of damage to different class should be randomize. |
