maybe each alliance could have it s own small forum accesable from the alliance screen alliances already with forums can put the link onthe alliance page as well and may choose not to display it on the alliance statistics (when you click the name of the alliance)

I like the idea.

So a other sort of messages in game. And only the alliance members can come in the forum, or the leader/moc can change it and other players can come in the forum too.

So there can the alliance send messages and tactics and targets. etc.

and the link for your alliance can be put into the "alliance message"
HTML is allowed there, so your leader can put the link there like this:
