I researched it and it show us as an invetion already made but on my vessell scan, it does not show as another building. I do not see it either on the production screen under buildings.
Am I missing a step here? What should I see? |

| Dumb of me. Sorry for waisting everyone's time. I figured it out. I just needed to click on build ships and then scroll all the way down to builings and then click build Halo Relay Station |
