it is small ship with transform generator which can transform cannon attack into defense. it change ap and lp of 2 ships in class 2 by -1/+1.

(battle engine syntax: f)
modifies AP/LP by -1/+1 of 2 ships of any ship-type in your own fleet in class 2

Nice ship. So a mosquito gets -1 ap (or if the ap is stored in a unsigned variable, lots of ap).
I think it is a nice ship. If a destroyer is modified by this it needs 2 hits of a destroyer to be destroyed and it must attack 2 times to destroy a destroyer. 
But I like it.

There is no possible way for a mosquito to get the benefit...
But... now, a shieldgen is another thing
