It look more like a 1mp ship, then class 3

Research is too small, this is powerfull ship!

And it means that it will secure whole class 3 (u hardly can have 100 of them, rather consider 10 ships...

Maybe should shield 2 class 3 ships.I think I could be good but some changes can be made.
