drains the power of 4 ships to create a powerfull beam that kills 3 enemy ships, it can only be used once, after the battle it recycles itself

advanced tactics
battle details:jams 4 ships in your fleet in the class it fights with and you get back the initiative
(battle engine syntax: jam,self,4,this)
multiplies AP and LP by 0/0 of 3 ships of any ship-type in the enemy fleet in the same class but some ships are immune against destruction
battlemessage: "tanatos destroys"
(battle engine syntax: destroy,enemy,3,this,all,tanatos destroys,n)
recycles itself in your own fleet in the same class, the targets are removed from the fight, but no points are won or lost.
(battle engine syntax: recycle,self,1,this,itself)

this ship jams 4 ships of your own fleet, recycles itself and the ships that destroys are reconstructable. it cost like 2 cruiser and can kill at most 3 cruiser, remember that in class 3 are ships like battle drones or torpedos that can make you waste the beam of this ship |

This ship unbalances class 3 and makes ships like the flamingo, warcruiser and dreadnought obsolete. It´s much to powerful, when combined with jammers. |

sorry i don't understand why the flamingo, warcruiser and the dreadnought becomes obsolete because of this ship and i thought that the jammer destroy itself before the battle starts so please explain how works that combo jammer-tanatos |

The flamingo, warcruiser and dreadnought are expensive and have more than 100 lp, so they are very vulnerable to the destroy-effect.
The description of the jammer is confusing. The jammer is more like the holo-ghosts, so he absorbs damage and you will loose a turn by selfdestructing a jammer.
battle details:
self destructs!
(battle engine syntax: sd)
Example for a combo: 5 tanatos, 50 jammer
This combo costs 800 pts., is very likely to destroy 15 class 3 ships and the jammers (that are jammed by your tanatos) act as a shield for your tanatos (jammed ships don´t use their sd-command, do they?)
The c-cannon platform is also good for a combo with the tanatos, but the missile-launcher and the cluster-cruiser are more effective. |

i never have used the jammer so i dont know exactli how work, the description says:
jammer
this vessel can jam enemy scans - on a deep scan probe it will cause a class 3 ship signature, but is has no effect in the battle. it will be destroyed before the battle starts. (caution! self destruction!)
but the battle details says that it selfdestructs so my ask is:the jammer destroy itself before the battle starts like the description says or when it takes its turn in the battle?
yes this ship could be a good combo whit c cannon module, cluster-cruisers, missile launcher and also the holo fleet carrier and flamingos but the enemy can also have those ships (except the flamingo) that can make you waste the beam of the tanatos
another ask
if the only ship in your fleet is the tanatos, it will jam itself?

I don't think it's too powerfull it cost like 2 cruiser, jams 4 of your own ships to kill 3 enemy ships,
I think is a good ship so post here your opinion and if you think its too powerfull tell how you think to balance the ship |

Only Few Ships destroy class 3
Reason: Simple, class 3 ships in average have a high cost, and you can get points
