I have to say that this Invention is going to end up in the Impossible invention folder for a few reasons.

1. It has far too much MP

2. It is far too powerful. It would be invincible regardless of the manpower

3. No one would bother researching it because they would never be able to use it

It should also destroy the 10 nearest planets. I don't mean wipe out all their ships and buildings. I mean *poof* the planet disappears, and to keep playing those players would have to start a new planet. {Do you think 10 is enough? Maybe the nearest 100}. Also, it should send out a massive Electro Magnetic Pulse that disables every probe in the galaxy, and disrupts all transwarp travel, so that instead of travelling at 15, all fleets travel at 1. And it should make all players actually online at the time develop a sudden and intense case of hemmoroids.
